Cancellation Policy

***LATE POLICY-- you will be charged $25 if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and you will be rebooked (if your stylist chooses to). A rebooking deposit is required if your stylist decides to rebook. --We do require a 48 hour notice for CANCELING or RESCHEDULING your appointment date. If you cancel/reschedule after the 48hr cut off you will be charged a 50% fee equal to the amount of the appointment scheduled. If you No Show you will be charged full price for the appointments scheduled. Our stylists time is very important and this is our full time job. this policy is to to make sure everyone is respected and able to give the best service possible. Our time is very valuable!
